Welcome to Chapelwood

Set in the heart of Wilmslow, Chapelwood has been designed to reflect the country manors of the surrounding landscape. Drawing on Cheshire’s Victorian vernacular, Glen Howells Architects have designed this four-storey redbrick building to stand in harmony with the mature poplars, planes, yew and chestnut trees that line the grounds.

The 57 one, two and three bedroom apartments have an open-plan layout, allowing natural light to spread through the rooms. Private balconies and terraces adjoin the living areas, providing views over the grounds.

Pegasus Life

PegasusLife is a business on a mission to fundamentally re-think and re-invent the places and ways in which we live as we get older.

Established in 2012 to address the chronic lack of relevant housing options available to the older generation in the UK, the company is currently developing several sites across the country.

When it comes to property management, we believe passionately that true transparency is fundamental to maintaining residents’ peace of mind and the management company’s integrity. The management company for Chapelwood is run on a strict not-for-profit basis. This ensures that work is carried out solely for the purposes of caring for the building and maintaining the quality of the offer and experience of living here for the residents.
